Refunds & Returns We want you to love your handcrafted pen. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Custom or personalized items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return To request a return, email us at mr.moosie2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.  Return shipping by mail.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
