How We Operate
Pens by Moosie is a one‑person, home‑based workshop. Every pen is handcrafted by me, Lenes Gomez (Mr. Moosie), in my shop in Port Allen, Louisiana. I do not outsource production, do not use mass manufacturing, and do not use third‑party fulfillment or drop‑shipping. All materials are selected and prepared by me, and each pen is individually turned, finished, inspected, and shipped directly from my workshop.
What Customers Can Expect
Processing time: Orders ship within 3 business days.
Shipping method: USPS Advantage (3–5 business days).
Return window: 14 days for unused items in original condition.
Return shipping: Customer pays unless the item arrived damaged.

Full Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over $75. We will ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving the order. USPS Advantage shipping will be used and usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive at it's destination. Cost of USPS Advantage shipping usually does NOT cost more than $6 US. Pens will be shipped in clear window gift box inside of a padded envelope. A tracking order will be provided. Expedited options can be arranged at checkout.
Return and Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted pens. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy for unused items in original, undamaged condition.
